This is our story

In August 2023, Sandra and I decided to dedicate ourselves to actively supporting Ukraine. What started as a small initiative gradually grew into a genuine movement that inspires people and delivers real results. We organize charity events, raise funds, and actively involve Ukrainian refugees in our initiatives.

Our organization works closely with the NAFO community (North Atlantic Fella Organization), an international volunteer movement that brings together thousands of supporters of Ukraine, primarily through X and Bluesky. Through this community, we met like-minded people who share our values and our commitment to helping Ukraine.

We operate entirely through volunteers and actively support Ukrainian refugees in Belgium. Personally, I help Ukrainian children integrate into society through my sports club. We also enjoy involving Ukrainians in organizing our events. This cooperation is deeply rewarding for everyone involved—the support, trust, and sincere gratitude we receive are truly priceless.

At local fairs and charity events, we sell Ukrainian products and souvenirs. Every euro we raise goes directly to humanitarian projects and support for Ukraine.

Our original plan was to establish a Belgian branch of an existing Ukrainian aid organization. However, for practical reasons, we decided to create our own Belgian non-profit organization instead. That is how BE-84Ukraine vzw came into existence.

We continue to grow—step by step, with determination and purpose. We know what we stand for, and we believe that even small acts of kindness can make a profound difference in someone's life.
